(Becora, Dili) – On Sunday, 28 June 2026, the Junior Sisters of the Province of Saint Joseph in Timor-Leste experienced a day of profound fraternity and formation with Mother General Sandra Maggiolo, FDCC, and General Councillor Mother Melissa Dwyer, FDCC.
It was a precious moment of listening, sharing and renewed vocational enthusiasm. The words and witness of our Superiors encouraged us to live our consecration with ever greater fidelity, lovingly cherishing the Evangelical Counsels of Poverty, Chastity and Obedience.
During the meeting, we also shared the joy of the renewal of the Temporary Vows for the fifth time of Sister Natalita Flora de Carvalho, giving thanks to the Lord for her fidelity and for the gift of her vocation.
With grateful hearts, we continue our journey, entrusting ourselves to the Lord and to the intercession of Saint Magdalene of Canossa, so that we may be authentic witnesses of the Gospel through charity, education and service.
“Together, with Christ, we continue to build the future of the Canossian mission”.
