(Spring Hill) – From 6th to 7th July 2026, the Spring Hill community welcomed the Canonical Visit of the General Council, represented by Sr Josemary Keelath. The opening Mass was celebrated by Fr Pius Jones, S.M., who reminded the congregation in his homily that religious vocations are a gift and that the different talents of each Sister are called to complement and support one another.
The community experienced great joy in the time spent with Sr Josemary, who affirmed their diversity and encouraged them to continue living ‘the more’ of Saint Magdalene. The Spring Hill community was also delighted to welcome the other four Sisters of the General Council at different moments. It was a true blessing, strengthening the unity of heart in the mission to make Jesus known and loved.
