(Laripani) – On 30 May 2026, a Life Skills Program was conducted in Laripani, Chhattisgarh, with the enthusiastic participation of more than 90 Kishori girls and boys. The program aimed to develop self-confidence, teamwork, communication skills, creativity, and future planning among the participants.
The session began with a series of confidence-building and memory-enhancing games that encouraged active participation and helped the children interact freely with one another. Various group activities promoted cooperation, leadership, and mutual respect. A sports interest mapping exercise enabled the participants to identify their talents and interests in different sports and recreational activities.
A special goal-setting activity titled “What I Want to Achieve in Life” provided an opportunity for the participants to reflect on their aspirations and dreams. The children expressed their future goals with enthusiasm and determination, demonstrating a positive outlook towards education and personal growth.
The girls participated in a Mehndi-design art activity, displaying remarkable creativity, patience, and artistic talent. Their designs reflected imagination and cultural appreciation. The boys actively engaged in sports and team-building games, showing great energy, discipline, and team spirit throughout the program.
The day was filled with learning, joy, and meaningful interaction. The active involvement of all participants made the program a successful and enriching experience, helping them develop important life skills and encouraging them to work confidently towards their future goals.
