I am Sister Ester Sinaga from Indonesia. Currently I am serving in Australia as Temporary Service sister.
For me, mission is my daily “Yes” to God’s plan. Following in the footsteps of St. Magdalene of Canossa, I desire to make Jesus increasingly known and loved, especially among young people.
It’s a great blessing and a profound joy to accompany them on this journey of faith, hope, and love. Through simple words and compassionate actions, I strive to reveal God’s mercy and compassion by being present, listening, comforting and guiding them with charity and humility.
Young people, with their hope, enthusiasm, and creativity also challenge me to draw closer to God and remain open and relevant. Together, with we walk in hope, abiding in God’s mercy and making His compassion, present, wherever we are.
