(Calamba City) – On 29 July 2026, students aged 4 to 18 (from Junior Kinder up to Grade 12) of Canossa Academy in Calamba City gathered for an anti-bullying session, conducted by the Student Assistance Center (SAC), the school’s guidance office. In addition to exploring what bullying is, students were reminded that every Canossian has the power to make a difference by choosing compassion, respect, empathy and understanding.
Developing the theme “Kindness Matters”, the session encouraged everyone to become instruments of peace, with the aim of creating classrooms in which every student feels safe, valued, listened to and loved. The success of this activity reflects the commitment of the school community to building a welcoming and inclusive space, in which kindness is not just a gesture, but a way of life.
In light of this commitment, as the school community continues to follow its own educational line, “Pusong Canossian: rooted in Christ Crucified, united in sharing God’s love in mission”, it is recalled that even the smallest act of kindness can brighten someone’s day and transform lives.
