(Timor Est) – The VI National Congress of the Lay Canossian Association – Timor-Leste was held from 24–26 April 2026 in Hera, Dili, bringing together 91 participants from 15 communities under the theme: “With Magdalene of Canossa, we become Pilgrims of Hope in today’s world.”
Through prayer, reflection, and inspiring talks, participants deepened their mission of walking with the Church to bring hope to the poor. A key moment was the election of the new National Leadership Team for 2026–2030.
The congress concluded with great joy and renewed commitment to make Christ known and loved through daily life and mission.
