The Canonical Visit of the Mother General and the Councillors was truly a blessing for our Province. Their presence invited each one of us to rediscover and deepen our call to live the Charism of our Foundress, St. Magdalene of Canossa, in a more radical and authentic manner. It was a moment of grace for the Province—a time when we experienced renewal, both personally and communally.
Their visit rekindled in us the zeal to carry out our ministries of charity with greater meaning and inclusivity, embracingall those entrusted to our care: the poor, the marginalized, the youth, the children, and the downtrodden. Inspired by Jesus Crucified and Our Lady of Sorrows, our true models, we renew our commitment to be faithful and dedicated Canossians, serving with love, compassion, and generosity.
That night at 9:00 p.m., Mother Sandra Maggiolo and Mother Melissa Dwyer, accompanied by the ProvincialLeadership Team, departed for Rome via Jeddah, bringing the grace-filled Canonical Visit 2025 to a serene andmemorable close.
