YOUTH MINISTRY
YouthIf you feel attracted to Jesus, the greatest Love who gave his life on the Cross for you and for me, we can accompany you.
Dare to experience the culture of BEING, GIVING and RISKING MORE…
St. Magdalene, our Foundress, launched a cry, with her life and her writings: “It’s about more…” She saw in Jesus on the Cross the greatest love and wanted to serve the poorest. It was from the years of her youth that she began to mature and implement the culture of ‘more’, not that of imposing oneself, but that of being more, giving more and daring more, in humility and charity.
BEING MORE
is a journey towards a mature identity, towards the human being integrated and identified with Jesus.
The young person who chooses to live the Gospel stimulated by Canossian spirituality is not satisfied with half measures or a weak personality that stops at “we’ll see…”, rather he is a person in tension towards a glimpse of the Truth and by which he is fascinated.
GIVING MORE
after having experienced the greatest love of Jesus, training in generosity is the secure consequence. Giving more is not a culture of measure, that is, doing a lot and always more… The poor cannot reward the donor, so the young person who takes Magdalene as a traveling companion, does not expect a profit.
DARE MORE
Young Magdalene appeared on the horizon of history as an “original novelty”. With her, a woman consumed by the fever of charity, the Spirit was able to invent something with which to challenge the world. Thus, the young person involved in the Canossian spirit becomes a prophecy that transforms his/her environment. He/she dares more by trying to make the world a “home of charity”.
