The Canossian Sisters at the Jubilee of Education

In the heart of Rome, on October 30–31, 2025, the Canossian Daughters of Charity will take part in the Jubilee of Education, held at Sala Pio X, Via dell’Ospedale 1.
Under the guiding theme “Not merely to instruct, but to form for life,” the Canossian Sisters will share their centuries-old educational mission within the Global Educational Village, as part of the inspiring network known as the “Constellation of Educational Communities.”

From 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., visitors will be welcomed to the Canossian exhibition space—an encounter between tradition and innovation in education.
On Thursday, October 30, the Sisters will animate the liturgical celebration “The School of the Heart” at San Lorenzo in Piscibus, a moment designed to unite prayer and reflection on the transformative power of love in education.

Later that day, from 1:00 to 1:30 p.m., Sr. Melissa Dwyer and Sr. Liliana Ugoletti will present “Canossian Education: A Lifelong Guide,” exploring how the legacy of St. Magdalene of Canossa continues to shape lives around the world—forming minds, hearts, and consciences in the light of faith and compassion.

Through their presence at the Jubilee, the Canossian Sisters renew their commitment to a global dialogue on the integral education of the human person, bridging cultures and generations in the shared pursuit of wisdom, justice, and peace.
