Twenty-three senior Sisters, aged 70 and over, gathered at the Provincial House in Lucknow (Northern India) on 20th – 21st August 2025, for an enriching and joyful gathering, facilitated by Sr. Leela Mappilacherry.
The program featured moments of prayer and sharing, reflection and engaging fraternal relationships. Sr. Leela, with her inspiring contributions and interactive sessions, helped the Sisters deepen their commitment, rediscover the joy of consecration and fraternal life and foster mutual unity.
The atmosphere was vibrant, filled with enthusiasm and openness, allowing each participating Sister to actively contribute to the shared experience. The two-day meeting offered an opportunity not only to reflect on their vocation and mission, but also to strengthen community and fraternal bonds among them.
Moments of prayer and Eucharistic celebrations added depth and meaning to the event, while lighter moments of relaxation and sharing created an atmosphere of warmth and joy.
This meeting among the Sisters of the Province was thus a memorable occasion, leaving the Sisters renewed in spirit and encouraged to carry forward the Charism with greater zeal and dedication.
