Waymarks for the journey

Waymarks for the journey

Dearest Sisters and Brothers,
On this solemnity of All Saints we are happy to share with the entire Canossian Family three resources which the International Team of Canossian Communication has elaborated to re-launch the journey towards the General Chapter in the direction of interculturality, synodality and listening which open to service and missionarity.

Canossian World

Starting from Friday, November 1st , our website is renewed, welcoming the new section  “Canossian World”: entering canossian.org in the home page you will find an area dedicated to each of the 16 Provinces and 4 Delegations present in the 5 continents. It will be a space where each Province/Delegation can share reflections, projects and initiatives, narrate the most significant moments of the communitarian journey.

To grow in reciprocal knowledge!

Journeying with Magdalene

Every Wednesday on the Facebook page and on the Twitter channel a phrase of the Holy Foundress of our “least Institute”, accompanied by a significant image and feasible thought.

To return constantly to the source of our charism!

The Word on Sunday

Every Sunday (and on the occasion of every Feast and Solemnity), on our social media, a point of reflection starting from the Gospel passage of the day, with a chosen verse, illustrated by an image.

To nourish a listening which opens wide our life to the gift and to the encounter with sisters and brothers!

Each of the contents which we will publish on the Canossian website and social channels can be, in turn, shared on one’s own personal social profiles, in groups, in WhatsApp chat and e.mail. The more we will circulate news, graphics, photos and messages, the more we will help the growth of our institute’s communication. It will be a way of feeling closer, in whichever point of the world we are called to offer our service, and – thanks to the network – journey as one only Canossian Family online.

It is beautiful to present to you these new resources on the eve of All Saints Solemnity, a feast which recalls to our mind two very important truths: we are all called to live, in our daily life, a journey of holiness by welcoming God’s gifts in our life; and we are called to journey all together!

With affection,

The International Team of Canossian Communication
